the world overview:
imagine a world (its the year 2006), where the cold war still continues and the soviets are the most powerfull nation. your character is a soviet superspy and defends the workers and farmers of the world against the capitalistic bloodsuckers.

the raise of the red bear:
in the 80ties of the last century vladimir gratschenko became president of the soviets. he was a reformer of the economic and political structure of the soviet union. under him the centralistic administration chaneged to a more regional and the single production units became more independent. this gave the single comrade a graeter identification with his work and his role in the soviet union. in the following the soviet union had no more need for the hard line in planed economy. on the other side, he didnt change the hard linie against the capitalistic nations of the world.

the big bug:
in the late 90ies in the united states a few programmers warned, that the computers are not compilant with the datechange of the year 2000. but all goverments, officials and companies of the, so called, free world ignored the warnings of these computerexperts. they where the opinion that these computer-freaks had been brainwashed by the red part of the world to cause fear and panic in the modern western world. they couldnt be wronger. at the newyear 2000 most of their computercontrolled infrastructure collapsed under the year-2000-bug. in the following year the western world was hit by food-shortage, energy-problems and riots. the financial markerts broke down and the counties where the financial system didnt not based on a national gold-reserve became "third-world-contries". the soviet union , technological not so far developed in the yahr 1999, nearly had no problems with the y2k-bug. in the following the soviet union and her brother-nations became the most powerfull nations of the world.

six years later - 2006:
from the year 2001 to 2005 the usa and the other capitalistic nations worked hard to became first-world again. the usa even had to sell alaska to the soviet union in need for food and industrial equipment. in the year 2005 georg tree became prasident of the usa and he stoped the sell out of the nation. he started the champain better daed than red and pushed the cold war.

psionics:
the soviet union and the usa have secret research programs for psionics. both nations are trying, with different success, to evoke psionics, with drugs, on their "human-laboratory-animals".
